FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Ohio Professionals Gain Another C.O.C

Lisa Crilley Mallis continues to serve busy professionals by earning the prestigious certification as a Certified Organizer Coach.

South Russell, Ohio June 3, 2014

Lisa Crilley Mallis is one of 2 coaches in Ohio who currently meet the standards for being a Certified Organizer Coach (C.O.C.)

The Certified Organizer Coach credential was established in 2009 and certifies the coaching competence and substantive organizing experience of those who hold it. It meets and exceeds the International Coach Federation requirements for an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Mallis started her journey for this certification in February 2012. After completing more than 60 hours of training, and more than 100 hours of credentialing activities, she received her certification from the Institute of Applied Coaching on May 22, 2014.

When busy professionals employ organization and coaching, they can increase productivity and lower stress. Mallis believes that the “crazy busy” feeling that most professional individuals experience every day doesn’t have to be a way of life. With a little coaching, and some solid time management systems a stress-free and productive life can be a reality.

“I’m a ‘strategize a plan – then implement the plan’ type of gal,” Mallis said. If you are working towards a goal, Mallis recommends you use the term A.W.E. to get you there. First you have to be aware of yourself, your current position and where you want to go; that’s ‘A’ for Awareness. Then, ‘W’ stands for work; you make a plan to make it happen, and follow through. Throughout the process, she suggests that you evaluate (that’s the ‘E’) your progress, and make adjustments accordingly.

Mallis has been assisting busy adults for more than 10 years. This new certification is just one of the many ways that she is doing her best to bring up the standard of living in our world today. Mallis said, “You have to work smarter, not harder,” and that is what she helps clients accomplish every day.
